Spot-lighting Freshman Maggie Roy:

Maggie was selected as the Freshman Princess at Winterfest this year. She played soccer for BHS this past fall, and is making her mark in track this spring. This past weekend, she competed at Vanderbilt University in Nashville in the Music City High School Indoor Invitational, where she shattered the Bartlett High School indoor 1 mile record by 18 seconds with a time of 5 minutes and 44 seconds. She was also a part of the Distance Medley Relay team that set a new school record of 14 minutes and 8 seconds, improving over the previous indoor record by 1 minute 30 seconds.
